Reconstruction of the existing pneumatic transport TTR I

The Company T-Project Group finished a technology for utilization of unburned carbon in the fly ash.

A reconstruction of the existing pneumatic transport TTR I is designed so that to be possible to burn the fly ashes from the electric filter of grate boilers containing over 10% of unburned carbon in an existing dry bottom boiler K5 or K6.  The fact that the fly ash from dry bottom boilers contains up to 2% unburned carbon indicates a good burning of the fly ash from grate boilers in one dry bottom boilers. However it is necessary best to fulfil the following conditions toa good burning of the fly ash from grate boilers in dry bottom boiler:

 

  • Utmost to preheat the fly ash before it comes into
    the combustion chamber
  • Continuous input of the fly ash to the combustion chamber
  • Input of the fly ash to the place with a sufficient temperature of flue gas
  • Input of the fly ash to the place with a sufficient concentration of the oxygen
  • Uniform diffusion of the fly ash in a flow of the flue gas
  • Furthermost possible time of abidance of the fly ash at the combustion chamber
